NFSU · powered by iAcuity · for police units across India
Every crime leaves a financial footprint. We find the trail.
Email the bank statements in your case. In two working days*, NFSU shows you where the money went: the red flags, the mule accounts, the layering, the exits and the network behind it, in a report you can annex to the charge sheet.
From NFSU, government to government. No tender: your unit sanctions a fee per case.
to the draft, for a money trail that takes two to four months by hand
for every case, every figure traced to the statement
is all it takes to send a case. Nothing to install.
to bring a unit on: one form, one approval
What you will see
In two working days*, the answers your investigation needs next
Not a pile of spreadsheets. What the statements show, in the words you use in the case diary.
Red flags
Graded by severity, and lit on the accounts they fired on.
Mule accounts
Pass-through and aggregator accounts that took money in and sent it straight on.
Layering
The money followed hop by hop, through account after account.
Circular movement
Money that goes out and comes back dressed as returns, sales or capital.
Exit channels
Where it left the banks: cash, ATM, cheque, UPI, crypto, overseas, property.
Suspect network
Who links to whom, across accounts, companies and complaints.
Statements to call for next
The outside accounts that received the most, ranked, so you know whom to summon.
Prepared for court
Every figure traced to the line in the bank statement it came from. Annex the report to the charge sheet.
All of it comes in seven reports, every figure traced to the statement
- Suspect 360 Degree ReportEach suspect account at a glance: year-wise flows, modes of transfer, top counterparties, and the case fund-flow and counterparty network.
- Case Actionable ReportThe case in one report: red flags by severity, mule and pass-through accounts, exit channels, linked accounts and statements to call for next, with annexures for the charge sheet.
- Account Profile ReportOne profile per account: red flags raised, top credits and debits, connected accounts and exit points.
- Consolidated / Year Wise FundflowMoney in and out across every account, the counterparties they share, and year-wise movement and balances.
- Trend Analysis ReportMonthly, quarterly and yearly patterns, with spikes, drops and new counterparties flagged.
- Overall Financial AnalysisTotals, net flow and closing balances for every account in the case.
- MIS Activity ReportStatement coverage for every account, with missing months flagged so the gaps can be called for.
Until the statements are read, the network behind the crime stays hidden and charge sheets go in without the trail.

Use cases
One method to trace every money trail
From cyber fraud to terror funding. See how the reports cracked cases like yours.
Illustrative case. Simulated data.
The part-time job
One task-scam complaint opens a 37-account mule network. The reports show where the money went and whose statements to call for next.
The passbook queue
A deposit scheme collapses. From the IO’s desk, 47 statements show the rotation, the promoter’s share, and what is left to attach.
One UPI payment
A single UPI payment on a buyer’s phone leads up the tiers to a cashier, two fronts, and the flat, vehicles and gold the trade paid for.
Why NFSU
Forensic science you can stand behind
From NFSU
The National Forensic Sciences University, an Institution of National Importance under the Ministry of Home Affairs.
A validated method
The methodology is scientifically reviewed and validated by NFSU. The same method on every case.
Proven analysis
The analysis platform is in use with central and State agencies, and its reports have supported submissions before courts.
Ready for court
Every figure traced to the statement. NFSU trains and certifies officers in presenting these reports in court.
Fee per case
Known before you send
The fee depends only on the number of bank accounts in the case. It is invoiced only when your officer confirms the final report.
| Bank accounts in the case | Fee per case |
|---|---|
| 1 to 10 | ₹50,000 |
| 11 to 25 | ₹1,00,000 |
| 26 to 50 | ₹1,50,000 |
| 51 to 100 | ₹2,00,000 |
| Above 100 | On request |
Inclusive of GST, support, training, maintenance and upgrades. No other cost.
Counting the accounts. Each bank account whose statement is sent counts once, whatever the period, number of files or banks. A joint account counts once. Accounts that appear only as counterparties are not counted.
Invoiced only when your officer confirms the final report. Statements for more accounts can be added later; the fee is re-counted by band.
From NFSU, government to government. No tender: your unit sanctions a fee per case. Nothing to install or host. For Police Headquarters: a no-cost trial on three cases your officers choose.
Questions officers ask
Before you ask
Can it help freeze money in the golden hour?
No. Freezing in the golden hour is the 1930 helpline and bank route. This service is for the investigation that follows: it finds the mule accounts, the layering and the network behind the complaint, and the statements to call for next.
Do we need a tender or a GeM purchase?
No. NFSU provides the service government to government. Units sanction a fee for each case, as they would for any expert opinion.
Can I send scanned or photographed statements?
No. Scanned or photographed copies cannot be processed. Ask the bank for electronic statements using the model request letter.
Where is my case data kept?
Only in NFSU’s own data centre, in India, under NFSU’s physical custody and security governance. It is encrypted in transit and at rest.
Can I annex the report to the charge sheet?
Yes. The dossier is prepared to assist the charge sheet, and every figure is traceable to the bank statement it came from.
How does a unit come on?
